It depends on the service you choose. For Transaction to Close and Dual Agency, we step in the moment you have an executed contract. For Listing to Close and the Full Service Package, we can get involved as early as the listing stage. For leases, we coordinate from the point the lease is being processed through move-in day.

Yes — contract and addendum drafting is included as part of The Full Service Package. When you're on our full-service plan, we prepare all contracts, addendums, and necessary paperwork on your behalf and relay everything directly to you for your review and approval before anything is executed. You stay in control of every decision while we handle the drafting and coordination behind it.
